PL & Associates were founded in 1999 by Pat O'Donoghue to provide training, recruitment and business advisory services to help businesses grow and focus on where they wanted to be in the future.
Pat has an extensive background in Accountancy, Sales and Marketing, IT and General Management and was CEO for a multi-national IT company in his last employment.
He now places UK candidates into UK jobs in a number of sectors.

To provide a very personal and quality recruitment service to both candidates and clients putting forward less CV's, but instead, well qualified candidates who meet the criteria of the job specifications.
