In this installation of the Speaker Series, Steve Kelly\u00a0shares how to create a safe, welcoming, and affirming therapeutic environment for clients within the LGBTQ community.<\/p>\n<h3>About Steve<\/h3>\n<p>Steve <span class=\"marke2a17l8cu\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">Kelly<\/span>\u00a0is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist trained in Post Induction Therapy. He has over 14 years of experience in the field of trauma and addiction and has helped hundreds of clients reclaim their lives.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"markolqsz388g\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">Steve<\/span>\u00a0strives to help create LGBTQIA understanding and awareness for clinicians and other healthcare professionals so they can better serve this community with compassionate care.<\/p>\n<p>Before working full-time in the field of counseling,\u00a0<span class=\"markolqsz388g\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">Steve<\/span> served as a United Methodist minister for over 20 years.
